We are currently shipping to Australian addresses only. Please contact us if you wish to enquire about an international order.

Our freight charges are designed to offer you the most cost effective and secure system for the quick and efficient delivery of your order. Our online ordering system has been upgraded to now offer four delivery options; AusPost Registered, AusPost Insured, Express Post and in-store pickup.

To receive a freight quote on a product you wish to purchase, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout (you are not obliged to purchase the product and you don't have to enter any payment details). Alternatively you may contact us with your freight enquiry.

Most orders for items that are in stock are delivered within 3-4 business days via AusPost, or 1-2 business days via Express Post, to all capital cities. This delivery time is subject to variation without notice depending on freight service delays. You will be contacted if extended delays are to occur for any reason. If you wish to find out the stock status of any item, feel free to contact us.

For your additional security, a signature may be required on delivery. If no one is at home or work at the time of delivery, a note will be left directing you to the nearest post office to collect and sign for the item.

We do request that all items are delivered to an address that will be occupied during business hours and therefore prefer to send to work addresses.

When you reach the checkout page, you will see a tally of your order before and after freight has been included. If there is any variation on our freight charges, you will be contacted for approval before any processing. This usually only occurs if the items ordered are extremely large or many large items are ordered.

Freight Charges

You will only be charged for the goods ordered plus the freight charge (plus insurance if applicable). No additional handling, processing or transaction fees exist. Your card is charged ONLY at the point of dispatch and we will not charge you for an item that is on order until the actual dispatch date.
